Process Engineering Specialist

Job Purpose

The Process Engineering Specialist is responsible for analyzing, designing, implementing, and optimizing workflows, systems, and procedures. The role aims to reduce manual work, enhance employee experience, ensure data integrity, and streamline administrative and operational processes.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

1. Process Optimization

  • Analyze existing workflows to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
  • Implement improvements to increase speed, accuracy, and effectiveness (e.g., recruitment, onboarding, payroll processes).

2. Documentation & Governance

  • Create and maintain standardized operating procedures (SOPs) and process maps.
  • Develop and enforce data governance frameworks to ensure compliance and accuracy.

3. Data Analysis

  • Measure process effectiveness using data analytics.
  • Generate reports to guide strategic decisions and continuous improvement initiatives.

4. Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Work closely with Finance, HR, IT, and other business units.
  • Align technology and process improvements with organizational goals.

5. Process Analysis

  • Systematically map and evaluate workflows.
  • Recommend data-driven and automated solutions to improve operational efficiency.

Job Requirements

Educational Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.

Work Experience

  • 3-6+ years in process engineering, business transformation, or systems optimization.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience with IS/HRIS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or other HR/compensation management software).
  • Knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and local market trends.
