The Role

As Process Excellence Lead, you’ll build and lead the newest pillar within our Business Operations (BizOps) team—ensuring operational excellence across Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, Product, and Tech. You’ll map end-to-end workflows, identify pain points, and drive continuous improvement with best-practice processes and data-driven KPIs.

The Role Purpose

Crurated is scaling rapidly—entering new markets, launching new platforms, and partnering with new tools. You’ll develop the playbook to close process gaps, foster a culture of improvement, and align business objectives with technology solutions.

What You’ll Do

• Within 90 days: Meet key teams, run a process inventory to capture “as-is” workflows, build RACI maps, spot pain points, and deliver early quick wins
• Within 180 days: Collaborate with functional leads to design “to-be” processes, set and track KPIs, and prepare SOPs to ensure improvements stick. Manage change collaboratively and coordinate with Product & Tech for system delivery.
• Within 360 days: Lead Kaizen and Lean Six Sigma workshops, build an Automation Roadmap, start process-mining pilots, and develop digital process twins.
• Beyond Year 1: Roll out workflows, support Crurated’s growth on new platforms, and embed continuous improvement habits across the business.

Who You Are

• You have hands-on 4+ years experience scaling operations in fast-growing startups or in established businesses with complex supply-chain or fulfilment flows.
• Skilled with BPMN, RACI, and preferably process-mining tools. Comfortable designing KPI dashboards and translating needs to Product & Tech teams.
• Strong in project, stakeholder, and change management. Data-driven, hands-on, and clear communicator at all organizational levels.
