We are looking for Operations Specialist/ Senior Operations Specialist from a banking or e-commerce background to join our Operations and Customer Support Team.


✨ What You’ll Be Rocking


  • Own and drive the full growth cycle of the B2B e-commerce business from 0 to scale
  • Design and execute commercial, sales, and GTM strategies that deliver tangible business results
  • Identify, engage, and acquire strategic B2B customers and key suppliers to build a strong two-sided marketplace
  • Lead onboarding and relationship management efforts with a relentless focus on business impact
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (product, operations, marketing, finance) to align and deliver strategic objectives
  • Analyze data, market trends, and competition to proactively refine strategies and hit KPIs
  • Manage the roadmap, track success metrics, and be accountable for performance and outcome


🎯 The Perfect Fit


  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field
  • 6+ years of solid experience in business development, strategy, or commercial growth roles in B2B / digital businesses
  • Hands-on experience in e-commerce platforms, B2B marketplaces, or tech-enabled services
  • Strong project management and prioritization skills with a results-driven mindset
  • Excellent understanding of B2B sales funnels, partnerships, and ecosystem-building
  • Highly entrepreneurial – thrives in fast-paced environments, takes full ownership, and pushes for results
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • A sharp thinker who quickly identifies opportunities and solves problems
  • A doer who gets things done, even when others say it’s impossible
  • Detail-oriented but also sees the big picture
  • Energetic, resilient, and eager to create real impact
  • Not afraid to challenge the status quo and push boundaries
