Role Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Processing Executives to join our Hyderabad team. This is a remote, work-from-home role where you will play a key part in sourcing candidates from top U.S. universities for research projects.

No prior experience is required — full training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and identify student and graduate profiles from leading U.S. universities.
• Build and maintain candidate databases for research projects.
• Assist in screening and initial outreach to potential candidates.
• Support the recruitment and project coordination team with daily tasks.
• Ensure data accuracy and timely processing of candidate information.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (any discipline).
• Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Comfortable working in a night shift (6:30 PM – 4:30 AM IST).
• Access to a reliable internet connection and computer for remote work.
