Process Lead


The Process Lead coordinates the production of MYO Packaging and FSS lines the direction of daily production, leads the processes for eliminating losses by effective problem solving and process control tools.

Position:

The Process Lead will be responsible for the following processes:

KPI's:

  • Follow up production performance of MYO packaging line and FSS line.
  • Initiates necessary actions to reach KPI targets with JTI standards.
  • Organizing and scheduling periodical instrument controls and being a good EHS role model.
  • Follow-up CAPA List and ERFs.

Annual Strategic Planning & Month-end Closing:

  • Providing support during Annual Strategic Planning period via gathering historical data, preparing user-friendly charts/tables, equipped with needed information during target setting.
  • Perform calculations, prepare final charts.
  • Responsible for month-end closing periods to adjust physical and systematic stocks.

Production Process:

Responsible for contacting planning department to optimize production plan to minimize size change conversion durations in OTP lines.

IWS DMS:

  • Participate in daily, weekly and monthly DDS meetings to report results, flag issues and request resources.
  • Responsible for ensuring CL (Centerline), CO (Change Over), CM (Change Management) DMS's (Daily Management Systems) requirements.
  • Reports process failures, top 3 stoppages and flag issues to take necessary actions.
  • Standardize equipment and work processes and takes ownership of the change management system for a designated process, update process control strategies and operating procedures as changes occur.

5S3R:

  • Kaizen studies to improve 5S activities in shopfloor.
  • Join 5S audit tours to take necessary actions.

Talent Management:

  • Share and reapply learning across processes, modules and plants.
  • Prepare and give training on process/equipment changes.
  • Develop him/ herself through participating in corporate and external training.

Quality:

  • Leading and coordinating beetle team and carrying out beetle prevention studies.
  • To take part in contamination prevention activities.

Requirements:


  • University degree (preferably) in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical-Electronical Engineering or Mechatronics Engineering.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience.
  • Advanced level of English knowledge.
  • Competency in MS office packages.
  • Manufacturing performance management, Product knowledge, Process knowledge, and Team management (Advanced level)
  • Production planning, Quality management & Steering, Pest management, and Engineering-EHS understanding (Operational level)
  • Machine operating knowledge and Project managemet (Basic level)
