Project Engineer (Process Engineering)

We are seeking an experienced Project Engineer – Process to join our EPC project team and support the delivery of complex oil & gas projects from engineering through commissioning. This role is critical to ensuring technical integrity, schedule adherence, and successful project execution.

YOUR ROLE

As a Project Engineer (Process) you will:

• Lead and coordinate process engineering activities throughout the project lifecycle, including engineering, site installation, pre‑commissioning, changeover, and commissioning.
• Act as the main technical interface between Engineering, Construction, Commissioning, and Client teams.
• Review and manage process design deliverables such as PFDs, P&IDs, process calculations, and technical documentation.
• Support site execution activities, ensuring alignment with project specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements.
• Manage technical queries, change management, and interface issues during project execution.
• Ensure compliance with applicable international codes, standards, and client specifications.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Experience

• Minimum 10 years of experience in process engineering
• Must have at least 8 years of hands-on site experience in Installation, Pre-commissioning, Changeover, and Commissioning Management within oil and gas EPC projects
• Proven experience in a similar Project Engineer role on at least one major comparable project executed by same contractor or contractor parent organization.

Education / Certifications / Licenses

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering in ay discipline

Skills and Competencies

• Strong understanding of EPC project execution, site coordination, and multidisciplinary interfaces.
