Process Quality Control Engineer

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related engineering fields,
• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in process or quality engineering, preferably in a manufacturing environment,
• Advanced level of English,
• Good knowledge of MS Office and SAP,
• Strong knowledge of quality systems and tools (e.g., FMEA, SPC, MSA, 8D, 5Why, Ishikawa).
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 and other relevant quality standards.
• Strong analytical thinking, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Job Description

• Monitor and control quality parameters throughout the production process.
• Develop, implement, and improve quality control procedures and work instructions.
• Conduct root cause analysis for process deviations and propose corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and R&D teams to ensure process stability and product conformity.
• Perform regular audits of processes and systems in accordance with internal and external quality standards (ISO 9001, IATF 16949, etc.).
• Analyze quality data, prepare reports, and present findings to management.
• Support customer complaint investigations and take part in continuous improvement activities.
