Process Quality Specialist

QUALIFICATIONS


  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Metallurgical & Materials, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering,
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in quality management within the automotive industry,
  • Good command of written and spoken English,
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications,
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and measurement techniques,
  • Knowledge of core quality tools (FMEA, 8D, PPAP, Control Plan, SPC),
  • Experience in SAP QM,
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills,
  • Effective communication and coordination skills,
  • Result-oriented with strong follow-up and persuasion abilities,
  • Able to make quick decisions and provide practical solutions,
  • No travel restrictions,
  • Class B driver’s license.


JOB DESCRIPTION


  • Analyze internal quality issues, coordinate cross-functional teams, and report outcomes,
  • Monitor and drive MSA, risk analysis, and Cost of Poor Quality activities,
  • Oversee process quality performance across production lines,
  • Lead improvement actions to reduce rework and scrap (PPM) rates,
  • Identify root causes of process issues and ensure corrective actions are implemented and followed up,
  • Monitor and control SPC data for critical characteristics,
  • Update control plans based on process changes, quality issues, or poka-yoke implementations,
  • Manage team performance including attendance, workload, and task distribution,
  • Identify training needs and coordinate development plans with HR.
