Process Reliability Owner

Overview:

We are currently seeking a Process Reliability Owner reporting to the Manufacturing Excellence Manager and based in a Factory (Location TBD). This position will be responsible for assisting in the development, implementation and continuous improvement of all Bottling equipment. The Manufacturing Process Reliability Owner will co-lead initiatives to identify and drive losses from production lines through training and standards.


  • Base Salary:
    $88,382 - $94,438, this role is eligible for an annual bonus.
  • Location: Remote (Florida-based) or Remote for candidates within reasonable commuting distance of a Primo Brands Retail Factory (including PA, Southern CA, FL, TX, and other locations).

Actual compensation will be determined based on factors such as experience, skills, internal equity, and location.

  • Travel: 75%, with most travel occurring on Mondays and Fridays
  • Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with flexibility required to work extended hours based on business needs.

Responsibilities:
  • Provides hands on leadership for all sites at the Market Level by being a technical expert in the end-to-end manufacturing process from raw material to finished product with a focus on PM Technical systems including PM window execution and implementation of PDCA Maintenance Planning processes.
  • Develop working relationships with each factory to establish clear process standards leading to a more reliable manufacturing operation utilizing the Primo Brands Manufacturing Framework guidebook.
  • Support factories in creating frontline focused processes that build a stronger factory culture and drive engagement at all levels.
  • Support factory leadership in developing Routines that promote engagement, process improvement, and sustainability in technical processes.
  • Collaborate cross functionally within all business functions and experts to create and sustain best practices and support continuous improvement.
  • Able to lead and coach the problem-solving process/ Lean Manufacturing for People and PM systems to include root cause loss analysis or breakdown analysis.
  • Lead, Coach and assist in the documentation and completion of Before and After-Action summaries in support of continuous improvement of maintenance plans and process improvements to help with reduction of Safety/Quality Risks, Energy/Scrap and to Improve Machine Reliability.
  • Analyze process data and use lean manufacturing Systems to lead factory teams to help drive and sustain process improvements on production lines.
  • Assist in establishing and maintaining factory Technical Competencies by supporting and maintaining the database of training material to support capability building. This will include but is not limited to SOP's, VWI's, OPL's, Instructional Videos etc. for all Maintenance, Safety and Environmental related activities by ensuring internal and external compliance. Responsible for supporting Factory Escalations (during and after hours ) Innovation and Engineering both proactively and reactively to ensure Development of Self and Associates through Coaching, Training and Feedback.
  • Must be willing to travel up to 75% with the ability to work weekends and consecutive travel weeks to enable successful completion of extended projects.
  • Lead and influence a diverse team at the factory floor and front office levels and provide routine feedback, both verbal and written.
  • Drive implementation of maintenance planning related projects as required, including tracking completion of actions within multiple factory sites.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Electrical, Mechanical) or equivalent experience in a Technical Trade for Industrial Maintenance or equivalent work experience in maintenance, technical or operations (preferred industrial, electrical or mechanical).
  • Project or Technical lead in a factory: proven experience in supporting and supervising multiple projects at once.
  • Ability to lead cross functional teams with highly developed communication skills.
  • Maintenance and technical hands on experience within highspeed packaging, ideally beverage, food or other clean manufacturing.
  • Advanced understanding and ability to teach others the Continuous Improvement methodologies. (LEAN, DMAIC, 5why, BDA, TPM).
  • Able to recognize strengths and help factories build high performing teams.
  • Working knowledge and understanding of AMM / CPMS systems (SAP Preferred).
  • Advanced use of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, TEAMS).
  • Able to assemble a PowerPoint and present at the factory and market level.
  • Self-motivated and able to manage time and schedule travel to achieve objectives independently.
  • Must be able to get results through others both remotely and in person.
  • Must be able to Travel up to 75%.
