Process Section Head – CNC Manufacturing

We are seeking a hands-on Process Section Head to ensure execution of manufacturing standards and maintain operational stability within the assigned production area. This role bridges process engineering strategy with daily shop-floor performance, driving safety, quality, productivity, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise CNC machining operations and validate machine setups prior to production release
• Ensure adherence to process parameters, tooling standards, and work instructions
• Monitor and drive KPIs including cycle time, scrap rate, first-pass yield, and OEE
• Lead root cause analysis and implement effective corrective and preventive actions
• Train and guide operators to strengthen technical capability and process discipline
• Support Lean initiatives, waste reduction, and continuous improvement activities
• Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, and Production teams to ensure stable operations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Production, or Mechatronics Engineering
• Minimum 7 years of manufacturing experience with strong process engineering exposure
• Solid hands-on expertise in CNC machining and setup validation
• Proven leadership and problem-solving capability
• Good knowledge of Lean manufacturing and KPI-driven performance management
