Process Specialist

Job Description:

• We are seeking an experienced and creative Email Marketing Specialist to join our team
• The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing email marketing campaigns that drive engagement conversions and revenue growth
• The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of email marketing best practices excellent writing and design skills and the ability to analyze and optimize campaign performance

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to promote products services and brand awareness
• Design and create visually appealing email templates graphics and content
• Write compelling and engaging email copy subject lines and CTAs
• Manage and maintain email lists ensuring accuracy and compliance with anti spam laws
• Segment and target email lists to maximize campaign effectiveness
• Analyze and report on campaign performance including open rates click through rates conversion rates and unsubscribes
• Optimize and refine campaigns based on data driven insights and feedback
• Collaborate with cross functional teams including sales product and creative to develop and execute email marketing strategies
• Stay up to date with industry trends best practices and new technologies to continuously improve email marketing efforts
• Manage and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines ensuring timely and high quality delivery

Technical Requirements:

• Bachelor s degree in Marketing Communications or related field
• 2 years of experience in email marketing with a focus on campaign development execution and analysis
• Excellent writing design and communication skills
• Proficiency in email marketing software such as Mailchimp Marketo or Pardot
• Experience with HTML CSS and email design principles
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make data driven decisions
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment prioritizing multiple projects and deadlines
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality
