Process & Support Engineer

Wind Integrated Solutions, Oracle Partner in Egypt, KSA & UAE is looking for " Process & Support Engineer " to be a part of their team.

Wind Integrated Solutions is Software Development Company that provides technology services, business automation, and business digitalization.

• 
  Provide technical support for enterprise applications, cloud solutions, and production environments while ensuring system availability and performance.
• Troubleshoot application, integration, infrastructure, and system-related issues while coordinating with development and DevOps teams for resolution and deployments.
• Handle incidents, service requests, monitoring activities, system health checks, and support operations within defined SLA timelines.
• Draft, structure, and maintain governance documents, SOPs, process frameworks, technical documentation, and knowledge base materials.
• Maintain centralized repositories, audit trails, trackers, and governance records with proper version control and accessibility.
• Coordinate with departments to roll out new processes, prepare training materials and guides, and monitor process adoption and adherence.
• Prepare reports and dashboards highlighting operational performance, implementation progress, gaps, risks, and key insights for management.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 1–4 years of experience in technical support, process coordination, application support, or related roles.
• Good understanding of databases, APIs, integrations, middleware concepts, and cloud platforms such as OCI, AWS, or Azure.
• Familiarity with Linux and Windows server environments, monitoring tools, and ticketing systems.
• Strong documentation, reporting, and process management skills with attention to detail.
• Basic knowledge of scripting, DevOps concepts, and CI/CD pipelines is considered a plus.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
