Responsibilities

Contributes to the development of the financial and technological goals through the Annual Operating Planning and Structured Requirements Analysis Planning processes
-
Identifies and develops process innovations and new machines to support the site's vision and long-term direction
-
Designs and executes plans, while leveraging the latest approaches and achieving organizational short, mid, and long term goals; regularly reviewing performance and initiating corrective actions, as needed

Applies technical expertise to develop existing and introduce new processes & machines
-
Researches new technologies and technological trends to improve process and commercial performance
-
Ensures manufacturing capabilities, product and material application, and tool design standards are considered with respect to the implementation process

Coordinates and monitors the fulfillment of all legal and internal requirements regarding Health, Safety and Environment

Leads by example and line with the Freudenberg Guiding Principles and the Code of Conduct, while developing employees, driving Talent Acquisition and Management processes, and fostering a proactive work culture
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical-Electronics or Mechatronics Engineering

Minimum 5 years of Industry-relevant experience
-
Team management experience is a plus, but not mandatory

Professional-Level English language skills preferred

Master’s degree is optional

Key Technical Qualifications:

Strong understanding of production processes and manufacturing lines

Experience in machine design, production, and commissioning
-
Strong knowledgeable in machine dynamics, handling systems, and conveyor design → Able to ensure synchronized operation of multi-station machines

Proficiency in electrical schematics and selection of switchgear components

Skilled in fault detection and troubleshooting

Familiar with PLC, IoT, and communication systems
-
Experience with pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical schematics

Basic knowledge of robotics and commissioning

Understanding of camera control systems
