One World Immigration Law Consultant (OWILC) is a leading immigration and study-abroad consultancy firm with over 50 years of industry experience and a strong network of 10 branches across Pakistan. We help students, professionals, and families fulfil their global aspirations through expert visa guidance, documentation handling, and end-to-end processing support.

We are looking for a Processing Manager to lead our case-handling and documentation operations at branch level.

Job Description

The Processing Manager will oversee and manage all immigration and study-abroad case files, ensuring accurate documentation, compliance with destination-country requirements, and timely submission. The role requires strong coordination, quality control, client communication, and leadership of the processing team.

Key Responsibilities1. Case Management & Documentation

  • Manage end-to-end processing of client cases (immigration, visas, and study-abroad applications).
  • Review client eligibility, required documents, and prepare complete application packages.
  • Ensure all documents meet embassy, university, or immigration authority standards.
  • Track each file through internal systems and provide timely updates.

2. Quality Control & Compliance

  • Maintain accuracy and completeness of all forms, checklists, and submissions.
  • Ensure compliance with immigration laws, visa protocols, university requirements, and internal SOPs.
  • Conduct periodic audits of active files to minimise errors and reduce rejection risks.

3. Client Coordination & Support

  • Communicate with clients regarding missing documents, timelines, and application milestones.
  • Guide clients professionally through each stage of the process.
  • Manage escalations and provide solutions to complex case issues.

4. Team Supervision & Workflow Management

  • Supervise processing officers/executives and ensure workload distribution.
  • Train team members on new visa rules, SOPs, and best documentation practices.
  • Monitor daily team performance and ensure deadlines are met.

5. Collaboration With Other Departments

  • Coordinate closely with Sales, Administration, and Legal/Compliance teams.
  • Work with the Head Office when required for special cases or policy updates.
  • Liaise with universities, embassies, partner institutions, and external bodies when necessary.

6. Reporting & Process Improvement

  • Maintain dashboards, trackers, and daily reporting to Head Office/Branch Head.
  • Identify areas for operational improvement and recommend process enhancements.
  • Ensure all submissions are recorded, documented, and filed properly.

RequirementsEducation:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Business, Management, International Relations, or related fields preferred).

Experience:

  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in visa processing, immigration consultancy, or study-abroad services.
  • Prior experience in managing a team is an added advantage.

Skills:

  • Strong understanding of visa requirements, documentation standards, and application processes.
  • Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organisational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and documentation systems.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
