ROLE PURPOSE:
The Procore Administrator is responsible for the day-to-day operation, administration, and governance of the Procore project management platform across Unified’s projects. The role ensures that the system is correctly configured, consistently used, and properly maintained to support project visibility, reporting, and coordination among internal teams and external stakeholders.
This role is administrative and process-focused, not engineering-driven. The Procore Administrator will not interfere with technical or commercial decision-making, but will ensure that information is correctly structured, updated, monitored, and reported within the system.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Administer and operate the
Procore system
on a daily basis across assigned projects.

Set up, maintain, and continuously improve
project templates, workflows, user roles, permissions, and data structures
.

Manage and monitor
data entry standards
, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and consistency across all modules.

Ensure
contractors, consultants, suppliers, and vendors
correctly submit, update, and maintain required records in Procore.

Coordinate with project teams to
collect, validate, and position information correctly
within the system.

Extract and prepare
daily, weekly, and ad-hoc reports
required by management and project teams.

Monitor system usage, identify gaps or misuse, and take corrective action through guidance and follow-up.

Support users with
system navigation, issue resolution, and workflow clarification

Conduct
training sessions
for internal teams and external partners in both Arabic and English.

Act as the
central point of contact
for Procore-related process queries and system coordination.

Continuously review and improve workflows, reporting structures, and data visibility.

Support future expansion of Procore usage across multiple projects.
Prepare the foundation for
team expansion
, including documentation of procedures and work allocation.
Qualification Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Information Systems, Project Administration, or related fields.

Procore certification and prior hands-on system administration experience is highly preferred.
Required Experience & Skills:

1 year of experience in project systems administration, PMO support, or digital project platforms.

Proven experience administering project management or document control systems (Procore, Aconex, Primavera, Unifier, or similar).

Experience coordinating with multiple external stakeholders (contractors, consultants, vendors).

Experience supporting live projects with high documentation and reporting requirements.

Experience in training and supporting users with varying levels of system maturity.
