Could you be the full-time Procure to Pay Senior Associate in Bangalore we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your accounting and finance expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and detail-oriented teammates.
You'll play a key role in ensuring the efficiency and accuracy of our Procure to Pay processes. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (e.g., sourcing, supply chain, HR, and treasury), contribute to process standardization, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of monitoring process KPIs and SLA compliance metrics, but also support audits and implement corrective actions.
We’ll look to you for:
Planning and allocating daily, weekly, and monthly deliverables to the team
Meeting or exceeding SLA requirements for timeliness and accuracy in invoice processing
Reviewing process control reports and ensuring timely corrective/preventive actions
Driving standardization and process improvements across regions
Acting as a single point of contact for stakeholders regarding process-related changes
Supporting audits and addressing observations with effective solutions

Graduate or Post Graduate degree in Accounting or Finance
Experience in Procure to Pay processes
Deep understanding of accounting principles
Intermediate skills in ERP systems and Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
Fluency in English, both written and verbal
Strong team-playing and influencing skills
Time management and prioritization abilities
Conflict management and a continuous improvement mindset
