Job Role: We are looking for a highly organized and detail oriented Procurement Administrator to support our procurement and finance operations.This role involves managing purchase orders, processing invoices, handling utilities across UAE and KSA .The candidate must have Yardi Voyager system experience.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and manage purchase orders, invoices and procurement documentation.
  • Process supplier invoices and utility bills for UAE and KSA Operations.
  • Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery and resolve discrepancies.
  • Maintain accurate vendor records and procurement systems.
  • Assist in sourcing and evaluating suppliers for quality, cost and reliability.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement best practice.
  • Manage any other task assign by the Department manager.


Required Education and Skills:

  • Minimum 2 years and above experience in procurement or supply chain administration role.
  • Strong experience in Yardi Voyager System, MS Office and ERP Systems.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work under deadlines and support the team.
