An aggressive expansion program together with acquisitions in new vertical markets have created an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic multinational team dedicated to furthering growth plans for the group.

About the role:

To handle day-to-day management of the Inbound logistics Including freight function by ensuring cost effectiveness and timely management of Custom Clearance using approved shipping lines, Forwarder agent, brokers & to deliver the shipment on timely manner.


Responsibilities:

  • Sending Freight RFQ’s (Request for quotation) to service providers to obtain the best quotes.
  • Monitor shipment-booking schedule and ensure shipment departs as per agreed schedule.
  • TMS (Transport Management system) – Book the freight through the system for an accurate overview of operations.
  • Ensure the file creation in system (SAP) for custom clearance.
  • Ensure supplier shipping documents are received, reviewed, and approved as per company requirements.
  • Monitoring the service providers, invoices are getting posted in system and paid before deadlines.
  • Ensure Empty Container returns to service providers.
  • Preparing monthly freight saving report, freight rate analysis reports, status reports, warehouse reports for monthly KPI presentation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of relevant experience in procurement, logistics, or supply chain operations.
  • Familiarity with logistics, shipping procedures, and supply chain management.
  • Hands-on experience with Transportation Management Systems (TMS) and other freight tracking technologies.
  • English Fluency
