Essential Job Functions
- Issue RFQs/RFPs for assigned categories and evaluate supplier quotations.
- Ensure accuracy of pricing, delivery terms, and specifications.
- Expedite orders to meet operational timelines.
- Maintain and develop supplier relationships.
- Monitor supplier performance related to cost, quality, and on-time delivery.
- Resolve invoice discrepancies and delivery issues.
- Support cost reduction initiatives through competitive bidding and negotiation.
- Conduct price benchmarking and total cost analysis.
- Partner with operations teams to understand material/service requirements.
- Analyze spend data to identify trends and sourcing opportunities.
- Track market trends, supply risks, and cost drivers to support informed purchasing decisions
- Support inventory management efforts to prevent shortages or excess stock
- Other duties as assigned

- Talking, hearing and using hands to operate a computer keyboard, mouse and other computer components

Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Logistics, Finance, or related field preferred.
- 3–6 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain.
- Experience in logistics, transportation, warehousing, or 3PL environment preferred.
- Experience using ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Coupa, or similar P2P platforms).
CERTIFICATIONS AND LICENSES
- Professional certification may be required in some areas.
