Job Types: Full-time, Fully Remote

Annual Salary: 65K – 72K Annually

Caladwich Consulting is seeking a procurement analyst to assist in acquisition planning documentation, solicitation documentation, award decision documentation, post award documentation, modification documentation and documentation required for interagency agreements. These procurement analysts will support the National Park Service (NPS), Denver Service Center (DSC), providing contracting and planning services for large design and construction projects and those associated with both design and construction and transportation divisions located at National Park Services sites Nationwide

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Conducts acquisition planning and market research with project teams and Contracting Officer to determines contract type, and area of solicitation.
  • Run reports in FBMS and other systems for things such small business goals, obligation rates, workloads etc
  • Organize Virtual Industry fairs with industry focusing on small business outreach.
  • Create and update templates in accordance with regulations and policies for documents like Market research reports, Individual Acquisition Plans, Technical Reports, Source Selections, etc.
  • Maintain SharePoint sites that house documents, logs, templates, training material, small business library, etc.
  • Develop Standard Operating Procedures for the Chief of Contracting's review and approval.
  • Organize and track training on various procurement topics for Contracting Staff and CORs.
  • Prepares for and participates in negotiations; performs cost and/or price analysis under the direction of the Contracting Officer; documents source selection activities; and determines fair and reasonable pricing under the guidance and for final approval of the Contracting Officer.
  • Processes modifications, obtains and evaluates contractor proposals, participates in and documents negotiations, prepares modifications with supporting documents for signature by the government Contracting Officer.

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university with a major in Business Administration, Finances, Accounting, Business Economics
  • OR 24 semester hours in Business in any combination of the following disciplines: accounting, business, finance, law,

contracts, purchasing, economics, industrial management, marketing, quantitative methods, organization and management.

  • 5 years of Federal Government Contracting experience with the service requirements for this position
  • 5 years Construction & contracting experience.
  • 3 years Architect /Engineering (A&E) contracting experience.
  • Department of Interior Experience Preferred
  • Ability to obtain HSPD12 PIV, ethical clearance and any other required clearances
