We have an opening for a Procurement Analyst (Corporate Services).

Under the direct supervision of the Senior Manager, Strategic Sourcing and the indirect supervision of the Director of Procurement, the Procurement Analyst will play a key role in supporting the firm’s strategic sourcing and procurement initiatives for multiple categories in the corporate functions (Facilities, Talent Management, Legal, Marketing, Research). This position is responsible for analyzing spend data, managing supplier performance, and helping drive cost efficiencies and process improvements across multiple categories. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to translate data into actionable insights that enhance value for the organization. The Procurement function has a collaborative, high-performance team culture focused on innovation and continuous improvement.

In this capacity, the Procurement Analyst will:

Data Analysis & Reporting

  • Analyze spend, contract, and supplier data to identify cost-saving opportunities and procurement trends;
  • Develop dashboards and reports to support sourcing strategies and decision-making; and
  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), including supplier performance, contract compliance, and savings realization.

Sourcing & Category Support

  • Support sourcing events such as RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs, including documentation preparation, data collection, and bid analysis;
  • Assist in evaluating suppliers based on pricing, quality, service, and risk; and
  • Contribute to category management plans and supplier rationalization efforts.

Contract Management

  • Maintain accurate records of contracts and supplier agreements;
  • Support contract renewals, extensions, and compliance tracking; and
  • Partner with legal and business stakeholders to ensure alignment with firm policies.

Process Improvement

  • Identify opportunities to improve procurement processes, automation, and reporting tools;
  • Support implementation of new systems or analytics tools to enhance procurement efficiency; and
  • Contribute to best practice sharing across the sourcing function.

Stakeholder & Supplier Engagement

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and sourcing priorities; and
  • Support supplier relationship management activities to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

Proficiencies:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Ability to work independently and as a team member;
  • Excellent time management skills with ability to multitask and meet deadlines;
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills;
  • Proficient with corporate systems such as contract management systems, ERPs, enterprise reporting, procure-to-pay;
  • Highest standards of accuracy and precision; highly organized;
  • Articulate with excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • Ability to think creatively, highly driven, and self-motivated;
  • Strong sense of pride and ownership and a demonstrated willingness to go the extra mile; and
  • Strong commitment to customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting or Finance
  • At least 3 years’ experience; and
  • Experience with a professional services company highly preferred.

The salary wage range that we expect to pay for this position is a minimum of $70,000 and a maximum of $88,000 annually. The actual pay wage may vary based on experience or other relevant factors.
