Pay Rate: $30.00 - $33.57 hourly on W2

JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for monitoring and managing inventory levels for assigned purchasing groups, ensuring parts are ordered economically and efficiently.

Conducts root cause analysis using operational reports to drive corrective actions and process improvements.

Ensures balanced inventory and material flow across facilities in alignment with regional demand.

Maintains strong supplier relationships to secure timely deliveries through phone, email, and in-person communication.

Updates part status and review reasons in Servigistics while maintaining a critical parts list and reporting on priority items.

Prepares and analyzes daily, weekly, and monthly reports to support operational decision-making.

Position oversees parts order forecasting and supports procurement and production requirements.

Customer Relations and Parts Specialists to resolve supply issues impacting dealers and customers.

Works cross-functionally with Brand teams to ensure inventory readiness for new vehicle part launches and monitors promotional orders and bookings.

Identifies and addresses IT and system issues affecting purchase orders.
