Procurement Analyst

Job Title: Procurement Analyst (Source-to-Pay)Systems: Oracle R12 & Jaggaer

Role Overview

As a Procurement Analyst, you will be responsible for driving operational excellence across the Source-to-Pay (S2P) lifecycle. You will act as the primary data architect for the procurement team, extracting complex datasets from Oracle R12 and Jaggaer to provide actionable insights that improve supplier performance, spend compliance, and process efficiency.

Main Responsibilities

· Data Extraction & Governance: Query and extract large datasets from Oracle R12 (ERP) and Jaggaer (Sourcing/P2P) to ensure a "single source of truth" for procurement metrics.

· S2P Performance Monitoring: Develop and maintain dashboards to track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), including requisition-to-PO cycle times, invoice accuracy, and contract compliance.

· Spend Analysis: Conduct deep-dive analysis on category spend to identify cost-saving opportunities, leakage, and supplier consolidation potential.

· Process Optimization: Identify bottlenecks within the Jaggaer-to-Oracle workflow and provide data-backed recommendations to streamline the end-to-end S2P process.

· Supplier Insight: Analyze supplier performance data (SLAs, lead times, and quality) to support quarterly business reviews and strategic sourcing initiatives.

· Reporting: Prepare monthly and quarterly procurement insight packs for senior leadership, translating raw data into strategic narratives.

· Customer Support: Respond to business queries on systems and processes

Required Qualifications & Skills

· System Expertise: Advanced proficiency in Oracle R12 (specifically Purchasing and iProcurement modules) and Jaggaer (Advantage or Direct).

· Analytical Toolset: Expert-level Excel (Power Query, Pivot Tables, VBA) and experience with visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.

· S2P Knowledge: Deep understanding of the end-to-end procurement process, from strategic sourcing and contract management to transactional purchasing and AP.

· Communication: Ability to communicate technical data findings to non-technical stakeholders clearly and concisely.

Preferred Resources

· Review Oracle R12 Procurement documentation for technical workflow alignment.

· Consult the Jaggaer Resource Center for current S2P benchmarking standards.
