We are looking for a commercially minded and detail-oriented Procurement Analyst to join our Procurement & Finance team. This role plays a key part in supporting procurement operations across the UAE and KSA, ensuring efficient sourcing, vendor coordination, compliance, and procurement process management aligned with company policies and SAP S/4HANA standards.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Procurement Operations & Purchasing

• Manage end-to-end procurement activities including Purchase Requisitions (PRs) and Purchase Orders (POs) within SAP S/4HANA
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely procurement execution and delivery of goods/services
• Support day-to-day purchasing activities while ensuring compliance with procurement policies and approval workflows

Vendor Management & Sourcing Support

• Support vendor onboarding and maintain supplier documentation and records
• Coordinate with suppliers for quotations, clarifications, and procurement requirements
• Assist with RFQs/RFPs, supplier evaluations, quotation comparisons, and vendor selection processes
• Build and maintain productive relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders

Procurement Governance & Compliance

• Ensure procurement activities are aligned with company policies, governance standards, and audit requirements
• Support contract documentation, contract management activities, and Single Source Justifications (SSJ)
• Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation for compliance purposes

Data, Reporting & Process Improvement

• Maintain procurement trackers, reporting tools, and procurement-related data with a high level of accuracy
• Support reporting and analysis of procurement activities, vendor performance, and cost efficiencies
• Identify opportunities to improve procurement processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
• Support SAP S/4HANA procurement processes and system-related activities

Stakeholder Support & Business Partnering

• Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Operations, HR, Finance, and other internal teams to support procurement requirements
• Provide responsive and solution-oriented support to stakeholders across the business
• Contribute to cost-saving initiatives and value-driven procurement solutions

What You’ll Bring:

• 2–4 years’ experience in procurement, purchasing, or related functions
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
• Experience working with ERP systems, ideally SAP S/4HANA
• Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills
• Experience supporting vendor management, sourcing, and procurement operations
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities effectively
• Exposure to UAE/KSA procurement environments is advantageous
