Procurement Analyst

In person interview may be needed. Onsite from day 1

Location: Queens/Long Island City

Duration: 12+ months (35 hrs/week)

Daily creation of re-inspections and monitoring work orders for the vendors, review of abatement reports and data entry. Reviewing and updating the reports and recording data in the lead abatement checklist. File documents in appropriate development folders.

Tasks/ Duties

• Creation of WO for re-inspection and monitoring

• Initial review of inspection reports

• Initial review of invoices and fixing error report

• Documentation of report

Pay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour

Experience:

• Documentation & Data Management: 2 years (Required)
• Work Order & Inspection Management: 2 years (Required)
