Job Description:

We are looking for an Procurement Analyst to manage and optimize utility services for our UK based property lettings business clients. This role involves supplier negotiations, cost analysis, and contract management while ensuring compliance with local regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supplier Management – Contact utility providers (electricity, gas, water, Wi-Fi, council tax) to negotiate quotes, contracts, and payment plans.
• Cost Optimization – Conduct market research to secure competitive utility pricing and cost-saving strategies.
• Billing & Payments – Manage utility billing, monitor payment plans, and ensure timely payments.
• Data & Reporting – Maintain accurate records of all utility transactions and create reports for analysis.
• Council Tax Analysis – Review tax rules to find applicable relief for tenants and properties.

Desirable Candidate Profile:

We seek a procurement professional with strong analytical and negotiation skills who can apply procurement best practices to utility management. The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience in Procurement, Vendor Management, or Supply Chain with expertise in cost analysis, contract negotiation, and supplier evaluation.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to liaise with suppliers and internal teams.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting to track costs, identify savings, and improve efficiency.
• MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and procurement tools/software.
• Ability to work independently, solve problems proactively, and handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
