DESCRIPTION OF WORK

As a Director for the Procurement and Contracting Division, you will be responsible for directing and administering the development, management, and execution of all contractual documents, as well as the overall management of procurement activities. Work involves providing direction for completing allocation schedules and funds commitment documents; processing purchasing orders and non-purchasing orders invoices; directing the development and implementation of fiscal policies for grantees and contractors; and overseeing the evaluation and resolution of issues related to contracts, grant agreements, procurement, and invoicing. You will also have the opportunity to direct the development and submission of the department's Small Diverse Business Strategic Plan and direct the coordination of responses related to programmatic, statistical, and fiscal-related information.

• Full-time employment
• Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 60-minute lunch.
• Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time, up to 3 days per week. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania. If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Harrisburg. The ability to telework is subject to change at any time. REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY

• One year as a Fiscal Management Specialist 4 (Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title, as determined by the Office of Administration); or
• Four years of experience in professional fiscal administration, one of which includes serving in a supervisory capacity, and a bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting, finance, economics, or a related field; or
• An equivalent combination of experience and training which includes one year of professional supervisory experience in fiscal administration.
