Job Title: Procurement and Inventory Specialist

About the Company:

We are a leading Saudi company specializing in Safety, Security, Air-Conditioning, and CCTV Systems. Our operations involve both local and international sourcing of high-quality products and materials to serve our various business divisions. We are looking for a Procurement and Inventory Specialist to manage the full cycle of purchasing, vendor coordination, and warehouse inventory control.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end procurement process, including vendor sourcing, price negotiation, purchase orders, and follow-ups.
  • Identify and evaluate local and international suppliers to ensure the best balance of cost, quality, and delivery time.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and service providers.
  • Analyze market trends and pricing to identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Ensure all purchases comply with company policies and quality standards.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to understand purchasing needs and specifications.
  • Oversee inventory management, including stock level monitoring, item classification, and warehouse organization.
  • Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile stock discrepancies.
  • Optimize stock levels to avoid overstocking or shortages.
  • Prepare regular procurement and inventory reports for management review.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in procurement and inventory management, preferably in Safety, Security, HVAC, or CCTV industries.
  • Strong knowledge of local and international sourcing practices.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills.
  • Experience with ERP systems (Odoo experience is a plus).
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Fluency in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience managing imports, customs clearance, and logistics.
  • Knowledge of Saudi procurement regulations and market dynamics.
  • Certification in Supply Chain or Procurement (e.g., CIPS) is an advantage.
