We are seeking a detail-oriented and driven Procurement and Logistics Officer to join our company. In this role, you will oversee the end-to-end procurement cycle, manage supplier relationships, and ensure the timely delivery of goods and services that keep our operations running efficiently.
Job Summary:
The Procurement and Logistics Officer is responsible for managing the end-to-end procurement process and coordinating logistics operations to ensure timely, cost-effective, and compliant delivery of goods and services. The role requires strong commercial awareness, supplier management skills, and operational coordination across internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Procurement
- Manage the full procurement cycle: sourcing, RFQs/RFPs, bid evaluation, negotiation, and purchase order issuance
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable suppliers and vendors
- Ensure competitive pricing, quality standards, and timely delivery
- Review and analyze supplier quotations and prepare comparison reports
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions to achieve cost savings and risk mitigation
- Maintain procurement records, contracts, and supplier database
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations
Logistics & Supply Chain
- Coordinate shipment arrangements (local and international), including documentation and customs clearance
- Monitor delivery schedules and ensure on-time receipt of goods
- Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping agents, and customs authorities
- Track shipments and resolve delays, damages, or discrepancies
- Optimize transportation and logistics costs
- Ensure proper inventory coordination with warehouse teams
Compliance & Risk Management
- Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and contractual obligations
- Monitor supplier performance and address non-compliance issues
- Identify and mitigate supply chain risks
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, logistics, or related field
- Min. 5 years of experience in procurement and logistics
- Knowledge of local and international supplier markets
- Experience in international shipping, customs procedures, and vendor management preferred

Familiarity with international trade regulations, Incoterms, and customs clearance procedures
Pay: QAR5,000.00 - QAR6,000.00 per month
