Job Summary

This position will be responsible for supporting NetApp’s Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) program. The role requires close collaboration with stakeholders across Legal, Compliance, IT, and Procurement to manage third-party risks throughout their lifecycle. Additionally, this position will assist with initiatives related to conflict minerals compliance, modern slavery, and support organizational activities such as customer audits, regulatory compliance requirements, reporting, and policy/SOP governance. A strong understanding of procurement and supplier onboarding processes, along with hands-on experience in Oracle Cloud, is essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support TPRM program processes and ensure adherence to established policies.
  • Maintain a comprehensive inventory of third parties, including risk ratings and ongoing monitoring; generate dashboards and reports.
  • Configure and manage the TPRM tool to support process workflows.
  • Build relationships and consult with stakeholders to ensure effective business controls and mitigation of third-party risks.
  • Deliver training programs on third-party risk management.
  • Oversee compliance initiatives related to conflict minerals regulations and modern slavery.
  • Manage reporting requirements for conflict minerals and modern slavery.
  • Collaborate with Procurement to implement strategies for supplier inclusion efforts.
  • Ensure accurate supplier onboarding and data integrity in alignment with procurement processes.
  • Coordinate with procurement teams to resolve Oracle Cloud-related issues and support process improvements.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Address customer and regulatory audit requirements promptly.
  • Support the development and updating of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders within the organization.
  • Assist in miscellaneous activities that support the overall function of procurement operations.

Job Requirements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Third-Party Risk Management / Procure to pay processes.
  • Strong understanding of procurement and supplier onboarding processes.
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud procurement modules.
  • Familiarity with TPRM technologies (e.g., Prevalent, Omnea) and emerging AI tools.
  • Knowledge of conflict minerals regulations and sustainable procurement is highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to leverage data for decision-making.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication, analytical, and project management skills.
  • Proven track record of successful collaboration with cross-functional teams and senior leaders.
  • Experience in a global environment is preferred.

Education

  • Completed Bachelor's degree.
