Procurement and Vendor Management Officer

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Procurement & Vendor Management Executive to manage sourcing, purchasing, and supplier relationships across China, Canada, and global markets.

This role focuses on identifying reliable vendors, negotiating competitive pricing, monitoring supply quality, coordinating delivery schedules, and ensuring smooth procurement operations for packaging, supplies, vegetables, and other materials. The ideal candidate will maintain complete documentation, track market prices, and work closely with the Finance team to ensure accurate budgeting and cost control.

Key Responsibilities

● Manage procurement of vegetables, food ingredients, raw materials, packaging, and approved operational supplies.

● Review inventory levels before placing orders and ensure purchases are based on actual requirements.

● Monitor stock levels and identify shortages, excess inventory, or unusual consumption patterns.

● Conduct inventory verification and maintain accurate inventory records.

● Coordinate with store teams to ensure timely procurement and stock availability.

● Manage relationships with approved vendors and suppliers.

● Compare supplier pricing, negotiate competitive rates, and monitor vendor performance.

● Track orders, deliveries, and procurement records to ensure accuracy.

● Handle quality issues, damaged goods, refunds, replacements, and vendor follow-ups.

● Verify delivery quantities and product quality upon receipt.

● Maintain organized records of purchases, invoices, vendor information, and inventory data.

● Support Finance by providing procurement reports, cost data, and purchase records.

● Prepare regular procurement, inventory, and cost-control reports for management.

● Help identify opportunities for cost savings and operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain (preferred but not mandatory for strong candidates).
  • Strong knowledge of global vendor sourcing, especially China and Canada markets.
  • Ability to negotiate pricing and contracts effectively.
  • Familiarity with import processes, international shipping, and logistics is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Strong analytical abilities for price comparison, cost tracking, and vendor evaluation.
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and procurement management tools.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of maintaining complete procurement records.

Location: 30 R, DHA Phase 8, Ex Air Avenue, near Neon Square

Timings: Mon-Fri (8 pm- 5am), On-site

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
