We are seeking an Administrative Professional with strong language and interpersonal skills.

Must know Word and Excel.

Job Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:

  • Document Management:
  • Maintain, organize, and track project documentation, including contracts, drawings, specifications, correspondence, permits, and reports, ensuring all records are up-to-date and compliant with company standards.
  • Implement document control procedures and systems to ensure efficient and accurate management of documents throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Ensure all documents are properly indexed, stored, and retrieved, both in digital and hard copy formats, and are easily accessible to authorized personnel.
  • Maintain version control on all project documents to ensure that the most current revisions are always in use.
  • Take quotations from different vendors to compare prices and evaluate what's best for the team.
  • Coordinate and prepare timesheets for the company and with subcontractors.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in English (both written and spoken) is required. Arabic is a plus.
  • Other Requirements:
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication skills to liaise with internal teams, external stakeholders, and clients.
  • Familiarity with UAE building codes, regulations, and construction industry standards.
  • Valid UAE driving license

Salary: AED 3,000.00 - AED 4,000.00 per month

  • High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Admin: 2 years (Required)
