Procurement Assistant

1- Receiving and Quality Control

• Receive and verify incoming goods from suppliers against purchase orders and packing lists.
• Conduct thorough quality checks on all received frames, sunglasses, and accessories.
• Identify and report any defective or damaged items to a senior team member for further action.

2- Inventory Management and Distribution

• Organize and manage inventory by performing branch-wise or store-wise distribution of frames, sunglasses, and accessories.
• Prepare items for dispatch via courier or for direct handover to showroom personnel.

3- Documentation and Record Keeping

• Maintain accurate records of all dispatches in the designated reference book, ensuring details match the delivery challans (DCs).

4- Verify and Organize Samples

• Receive and verify all incoming samples from suppliers, checking them against the accompanying list or documentation.
• Maintain a detailed log of all samples received, including the supplier name, date of receipt, and a brief description.
