Procurement Assistant

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Procurement Assistant with at least 1 year of experience to support the procurement process, vendor coordination, CRM updates, and project tracking. The candidate will ensure timely vendor communication, cost optimization, documentation, and reporting.

  • Lead Closure & BOQ Verification
  • Purchase Procedures
  • CRM & Documentation
  • Daily Routine & Coordination
  • Reporting

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Procurement/Purchase/Operations.
  • Basic knowledge of BOQ and vendor negotiation.
  • Strong communication and bargaining skills.
  • Good knowledge of CRM systems and MS Office.
  • Strong documentation and reporting skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple vendors and projects simultaneously.
