Procurement Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect and compare vendor quotations
• Create and track purchase orders
• Follow up with vendors on deliveries
• Verify invoices and delivery documents
• Maintain procurement records (Excel/ERP)
• Support inventory and sourcing activities

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (BBA or relevant)
• Fresh to 1 year procurement/purchasing experience
• Good negotiation and communication skills
• Proficient in MS Excel

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs45,000.00 per month
