Job Title: Procurement Assistant

Location: Sharjah, UAE

Company: Middle East Group Holding – Water Treatment & EPC Contracting

We are looking for a Procurement Assistant to support procurement activities for our water treatment and EPC projects.

Responsibilities:

• Tracking material request forms
• Assist in sourcing and procurement of project materials and equipment
• Coordination with suppliers for quotations, deliveries, and documentation
• Support purchase order preparation and vendor follow-up
• Maintain procurement records and material tracking
• Material delivery according to the purchase order and material request
• Coordination with engineering and project site teams regarding material requirements and for getting approvals for material delivery

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Environmental Science
• 1–2 years of procurement experience in EPC or MEP contracting companies preferable
• Basic technical knowledge of MEP, electrical, plumbing, and industrial equipment/materials
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Language proficiency in English & Hindi
• Familiarity with vendor coordination, quotations, and purchase processes
• Candidates currently residing in the UAE with dependent/spouse sponsorship preferred

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
