Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare and process purchase orders
- Coordinate and follow up with vendors and suppliers
- Collect and compare quotations from suppliers
- Maintain inventory and stock records
- Monitor delivery schedules and order status
- Enter and manage procurement data in ERP/software
- Verify purchase invoices and related documentation
- Conduct market research for pricing and supplier evaluation
- Coordinate procurement requirements with internal departments
Requirements:
- B.Com, BBA, MBA Supply Chain, or relevant qualification
- 0-1 year of procurement experience in the pharmaceutical industry preferred
- Strong command of MS Excel and ERP software
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
