This role is responsible for overseeing end-to-end procurement and contracts management activities, ensuring efficient sourcing, cost optimization, supplier performance, and compliance with financial and procurement policies. The role plays a key part in supporting operational efficiency, strengthening vendor relationships, and driving strategic procurement initiatives across the organization.
Key Responsibilities

Oversee procurement and contracts management workflows, ensuring alignment with approved budgets and internal policies

Manage vendor sourcing, evaluation, onboarding, and ongoing performance monitoring

Negotiate commercial terms, pricing structures, and contract conditions to achieve cost efficiency and value creation

Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers

Monitor purchase orders, contract renewals, procurement documentation, and audit readiness processes

Track operational expenditure against budgets and identify potential cost overruns and savings opportunities

Implement supplier consolidation, cost optimization, and procurement efficiency initiatives

Coordinate with Finance and Accounts Payable teams to ensure invoice verification and payment accuracy

Ensure compliance with procurement policies, approval matrices, governance frameworks, and regulatory requirements

Prepare procurement MIS reports, savings dashboards, and management presentations to support decision-making

Support internal and external audits by maintaining complete procurement records and control documentation
Experience / Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Commerce, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field
-
5–8 years of experience within procurement, contracts management, supply chain, or related functions
-
Experience within the Middle East market is preferred

Professional certifications in procurement, supply chain, or related disciplines are an advantage

Strong understanding of procurement policies, contracts management, budgeting, and cost analysis

Experience managing vendor relationships, negotiations, and supplier performance

Knowledge of procurement systems, reporting tools, and digital procurement platforms preferred

Ability to manage multiple priorities and work cross-functionally within a fast-paced environment
