As in Procurement Auditor you will be adding value and improve our operations by bringing a systematic and disciplined approach to the effectiveness of procurement, contracts with control and compliance in various stages and processes. You will play a key part in evaluating procurement policies, supplier contracts, bidding procedures, and purchasing practices to identify gaps, fraud risks, and opportunities for improvement.


Responsibility -

  • Ensure transparency, compliance, and effectiveness in procurement and contracting activities.
  • Evaluate procurement processes, supplier contracts, and bidding procedures.
  • Review operational controls to identify risks, gaps, and inefficiencies.
  • Detect potential fraud, non-compliance, and irregularities in procurement transactions.
  • Verify accuracy of Purchase Orders, Requisitions, GRNs, and supplier invoices.
  • Conduct spot checks and sampling on procurement documents and transactions.
  • Assess vendor selection, performance, and contract adherence.
  • Review adherence to company policies, commercial guidelines, and approval workflows.
  • Support risk assessments for high-value or high-risk procurement categories.
  • Assist in preparing audit reports with findings and recommendations.
  • Maintain proper audit documentation and working papers.
  • Coordinate with procurement, finance, and project teams to gather required information.
  • Provide inputs to improve procurement processes and strengthen internal controls.


Here's what you'll need -

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering is Mandatory
  • Additionally qualified in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
  • CONSTRUCTION / MEP / FM background is MUST
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in internal audit, procurement audit, or procurement operations.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial processes, and internal controls.
  • Solid knowledge of procurement, contract management, and vendor payment cycles.
  • Proficient in audit software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple audits concurrently
