Job Title: Procurement Buyer

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Buyer to manage sourcing, purchasing, and supplier relationships to ensure cost-effective and timely procurement of goods and services. The ideal candidate must have strong GCC market experience and excellent negotiation and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best commercial terms
  • Manage purchase orders, contracts, and supplier agreements in line with company policies
  • Maintain strong relationships with vendors across the GCC region
  • Monitor market trends, pricing, and supplier performance
  • Ensure timely delivery of materials and services while maintaining quality standards
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to understand procurement requirements
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures and local regulations

Requirements

  • Minimum 4+ years of experience as a Procurement Buyer (GCC experience is a MUST)
  • Strong knowledge of the GCC supplier market and procurement practices
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to achieve cost savings and value optimization
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Proficient in MS Office and ERP/procurement systems
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure
