Job Title: Procurement Buyer
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Procurement Buyer to manage sourcing, purchasing, and supplier relationships to ensure cost-effective and timely procurement of goods and services. The ideal candidate must have strong GCC market experience and excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities

Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best commercial terms

Manage purchase orders, contracts, and supplier agreements in line with company policies

Maintain strong relationships with vendors across the GCC region

Monitor market trends, pricing, and supplier performance

Ensure timely delivery of materials and services while maintaining quality standards

Coordinate with internal stakeholders to understand procurement requirements

Ensure compliance with company procedures and local regulations
Requirements

Minimum 4+ years of experience as a Procurement Buyer (GCC experience is a MUST)

Strong knowledge of the GCC supplier market and procurement practices

Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills

Proven ability to achieve cost savings and value optimization

Strong organizational and time-management skills

Proficient in MS Office and ERP/procurement systems

Ability to work independently and under pressure
