Procurement Category Manager

Our client, a global leader in mission-critical communications and technology solutions is seeking a strategic Procurement Category Manager to lead sourcing and negotiation for Cybersecurity and AI software categories. T his role drives commercial execution—owning vendor strategy, contract negotiations, and supplier performance while partnering closely with Legal, Finance, and Business leadership.

What You’ll Do:

• Develop and execute category strategies across Cybersecurity & AI software spend
• Lead complex, high-volume negotiations and end-to-end sourcing (RFI/RFP/RFQ)
• Own contract drafting, renewals, and amendments with minimal oversight
• Manage key suppliers for performance, innovation, and compliance
• Partner with internal stakeholders to provide procurement guidance and risk mitigation

What You Bring:

• 5+ years in Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, or Category Management
• Proven success negotiating enterprise-level Cybersecurity or AI software agreements
• Strong commercial judgment, contract execution, and supplier management skills
• Ability to operate in high-pressure, fast-paced environments
• Bachelor’s in Supply Chain, Business, or related field ( Master’s/Certs a plus )
