Procurement & Contracts Specialist — Project Black Gold Role Summary Coordinate and execute end-to-end procurement and contracts activities: sourcing, tendering, evaluation, negotiation/novation, award, and post-award administration. Ensure best value, compliance, and supplier performance in line with company policies and project timelines. Key Responsibilities Support and coordinate Contracting & Procurement workstreams across projects and operations. Lead RFQ/RFP preparation, tendering, commercial evaluation, clarification, and contract award. Negotiate and novate service contracts; manage amendments, variations, and renewals. Prepare and administer contract documents, terms & conditions, and compliance records. Perform vendor sourcing, pre-qualification, and selection; maintain approved supplier lists. Monitor contract performance, KPIs, and deliverables; recommend corrective actions. Analyze quotes/proposals and purchase terms for cost, risk, and schedule impact; ensure auditability. Interface with legal/finance/operations to align commercial risk, payment terms, and delivery plans. Work Schedule Rotation: 1 Month On / 1 Month Off
