We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Procurement Coordinator to support our interior fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing materials, negotiating with suppliers, and ensuring timely delivery to meet project deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and procure materials, finishes, joinery items, and project-related supplies for interior fit-out works.
- Prepare purchase orders (POs), compare quotations, and negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
- Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure on-time material delivery.
- Maintain and update procurement logs, vendor lists, and price comparison sheets.
- Monitor material availability, follow up on pending orders, and track shipments.
- Work closely with project, design, and site teams to understand material specifications and project requirements.
- Review technical specifications, drawings, and BOQs to ensure accurate material sourcing.
- Maintain proper documentation, LPOs, invoices, delivery notes, and related procurement records.
- Handle procurement-related correspondence and resolve supplier issues or delivery delays.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and project timelines.
Qualifications & Skills
- 1–2 years of UAE experience in procurement, preferably in interior fit-out or joinery.
- Strong understanding of materials used in fit-out projects (wood, hardware, finishes, MEP items, etc.).
- Good negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and basic procurement systems.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
