Procurement Coordinator

We’re Hiring: Procurement Coordinator – Immediate Joiner

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Procurement Coordinator to support and manage procurement operations, ensuring the timely acquisition of goods and services. The ideal candidate will have strong coordination skills, relevant procurement experience, and the ability to work efficiently in a dynamic environment. This is an immediate joiner role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support daily procurement activities across business operations.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal departments to ensure seamless communication and process efficiency.
  • Follow up on purchase requests, obtain quotations, and ensure accurate order processing.
  • Track deliveries and monitor timelines to ensure materials are received as scheduled.
  • Maintain accurate procurement records, including invoices, contracts, and related documentation.
  • Process procurement transactions and generate reports (experience with Dynamics 365 procurement modules preferred).
  • Assist in vendor evaluation, performance tracking, and supplier relationship management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify procurement needs and optimize sourcing strategies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3–4 years of procurement experience, preferably in the construction or related industries.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with Dynamics 365 procurement modules is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: KD350.000 - KD400.000 per month
