Job Description:
The Purchase Coordinator is responsible in assisting the Supply Chain team in sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing goods and services required by the organization. This role ensures timely procurement at the best quality and cost while maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and evaluate suppliers; negotiate prices and contracts
  • Create and process purchase orders
  • Monitor inventory levels and delivery schedules
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and budgets
  • Maintain accurate purchasing records

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, or related field
  • Experience in procurement or purchasing (preferred)
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Fresh graduates are accepted

Pay: From KD250.000 per month
