Procurement Coordinator

Required Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Fresh graduates or candidates with 1–3 years of procurement/supply chain experience are encouraged to apply.
  • Basic understanding of procurement processes and vendor management.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office tools.
  • Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in procurement of materials, equipment, and services as per project requirements.
  • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams for quotations and deliveries.
  • Prepare purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and related documentation.
  • Track orders, deliveries, and inventory status to ensure timely availability.
  • Maintain procurement records, vendor databases, and cost comparisons.
  • Support contract documentation and vendor evaluation processes.
  • Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate with finance and operations teams for invoicing and payments.
  • Assist in cost control, budget tracking, and procurement reporting.

Pay: Rs55,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
