Procurement Coordinator
Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates or candidates with 1–3 years of procurement/supply chain experience are encouraged to apply.
- Basic understanding of procurement processes and vendor management.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office tools.
- Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in procurement of materials, equipment, and services as per project requirements.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams for quotations and deliveries.
- Prepare purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and related documentation.
- Track orders, deliveries, and inventory status to ensure timely availability.
- Maintain procurement records, vendor databases, and cost comparisons.
- Support contract documentation and vendor evaluation processes.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.
- Coordinate with finance and operations teams for invoicing and payments.
- Assist in cost control, budget tracking, and procurement reporting.
Pay: Rs55,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
