Key Responsibilities
- Supply Chain & Inventory Management: * Purchase Coordination: Manage and track all purchase orders, ensuring a 60-day average Turnaround Time (TAT) for local purchases.
- Inventory & Reorder Management: Maintain and monitor inventory levels for promotional, local, and China-sourced products, initiating reorders as needed to prevent stockouts.
- Best Seller Management: Update and track "Slobs" (best seller/super essential) items in the Inventory Management System (IMS) and report to the General Manager (GM) to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Liquidation: Manage the liquidation sheet to track and dispose of slow-moving or excess inventory.
- Data & Reporting:
- Performance Tracking: Prepare and share weekly updates on average sales in the IMS.
- Price and Rate Management: Maintain and distribute the price list to the accounts team and verify the rate list against packing lists to ensure accuracy.
- Vendor Performance: Generate and share monthly vendor reports on the first Tuesday of every month to track performance and TATs.
- Market Analysis: Conduct quarterly price comparisons with competitor brands to inform pricing strategy.
- Contribution Analysis: Track and report on category-wise contribution and new product development (NPD) contribution to overall sales.
- Interdepartmental Coordination:
- Asset Management: Gather and share product photos with relevant teams every Monday and Friday.
- Product Development & Quality Control: Prepare and manage QC sheets for Pre-Production Samples (PPS). Share updates on upcoming items and their delivery/production status with the marketing team.
- Feedback & Communication: Update product ratings and remarks in the IMS and share with the appropriate teams.

Pay: ₹25,387.12 - ₹30,015.01 per month
