Key Responsibilities1. Procurement & Sourcing Management

  • Manage the end-to-end procurement process for marketing-related tools, services, subscriptions, and creative resources.
  • Source and evaluate vendors for software platforms, digital tools, content services, production support, and marketing materials.
  • Request quotations, negotiate pricing, and ensure cost-effective purchasing decisions.
  • Prepare purchase orders, track approvals, and maintain accurate procurement documentation.

2. Vendor & Contract Coordination

  • Maintain strong relationships with vendors, including agencies, freelancers, software providers, and production suppliers.
  • Support contract renewals, subscription management, upgrades, and term negotiations.
  • Evaluate vendor performance and ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Coordinate with Finance and Legal teams to review agreements, pricing, and compliance requirements.

3. Marketing Operations Procurement

  • Manage procurement needs across marketing functions including:
  • Ad platforms
  • CRM & automation tools
  • Design & creative services
  • Media buying
  • Content and production assets
  • Ensure timely purchase and delivery of assets required for campaigns, product launches, and marketing initiatives.
  • Track marketing-related costs to support budget planning and spending reviews.

4. Documentation, Compliance & Reporting

  • Maintain systematic records of purchase orders, quotations, agreements, and procurement logs.
  • Ensure all procurement activities follow internal policies and industry standards.
  • Prepare regular procurement status reports and cost comparison summaries.
  • Maintain transparency in purchasing decisions and provide documentation for audits when required.

5. Cross-Department Collaboration

  • Work closely with Marketing, Creative, Operations, Sales, and Finance teams to understand procurement needs.
  • Support internal teams by ensuring timely availability of tools, subscriptions, and external services.
  • Communicate project timelines, deliverables, and procurement requirements clearly to stakeholders.
  • Help address urgent procurement needs and shifting priorities in dynamic campaign cycles.

6. Systems, Tools & Workflow Optimization

  • Use procurement systems, tracking sheets, and workflow tools to organize purchasing activities.
  • Manage subscription dashboards, license renewals, and platform access for marketing teams.
  • Suggest improvements to procurement workflows for greater efficiency and accuracy.
  • Maintain structured documentation and version control of vendor lists, contract details, and asset inventories.

7. Data, Insights & Cost Analysis

  • Support data-driven procurement decisions through cost comparisons and vendor performance insights.
  • Track expenses and assist in budget forecasting for marketing-related procurement.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining quality standards.
  • Review past procurement outcomes to optimize future purchasing strategies.

Skills & Profile

  • Strong organizational and administrative abilities with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to manage multiple vendors.
  • Good understanding of digital marketing tools, platforms, and creative production needs.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel); experience with procurement or ERP systems is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under tight timelines.
  • Strong analytical skills for evaluating pricing, contracts, and vendor quality.
  • Minimum 2–3 years experience in procurement, purchasing, or coordination roles (marketing or digital industries preferred).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Marketing, or related field.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
