Procurement Coordinator- FMCG

• Identify, source, and onboard FMCG suppliers locally and internationally to expand the company’s product portfolio.
• Support in developing and executing trading plans based on UAE market demand, category insights, and consumer trends.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and purchase agreements with suppliers to secure competitive deals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and wholesalers to increase product reach and availability.
• Assist in planning and executing marketing activities, in-store promotions, and trade marketing campaigns to boost brand visibility and sales.
• Monitor pricing, competitor activity, and market developments to recommend new opportunities and risk areas.
• Handle procurement coordination, order follow-ups, inventory checks, and stock planning to support smooth operations.
• Work closely with finance, logistics, and sales teams to support day-to-day trading activities and ensure timely deliveries.
