Procurement & Cost Control Officer

Job Description:
We are hiring a Procurement & Cost Control Officer to manage purchasing and cost control across our restaurant branches. The role involves sourcing quality products at the best price, managing supplier relationships, monitoring inventory and consumption, and implementing cost-saving initiatives to support smooth restaurant operations.

Requirements:

• 2–4 years of experience in procurement and cost control (preferably in F&B or hospitality).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
